The principal behind Coady Consult is Anita Coady. Coady has coordinated a range of national and international projects involving stakeholders with varying interests and needs. Coady has experience working with educational institutions, such as Mount Allison and Dalhousie Universities, and community organizations, such as the Terry Fox Foundation and Margaree Area Development Association. Coady has been a long-standing member of the board of the Ocean Science Research Foundation and the International Ocean Institute.
